Accessories: We offer a 7-day exchange or store credit. Products must be in original packaging, undamaged, and in sellable condition.

Repairs: All screen repairs come with a lifetime warranty for parts repaired or replaced by Mobile Care. This warranty does not cover supplemental damages. Warranty covers touch screen functionality and screen freezing issues only. If there are lines on the screen (LCD), it is considered physical damage and is not covered by our warranty.

Screen Protector: If purchased with a lifetime warranty, an installation cost of $9.99 will apply when making warranty claims.

Phones & Devices: Both brand-new and refurbished phones sold by Mobile Care White Oaks comes with 1 year store warranty. This warranty does not cover any kind of physical damage or water damage. The receipt(proof of purchase) is your warranty card.
